Ingredients

 Chicken stock1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooked brown rice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 8 canned plums, with 1/2 cup juice, no sugar added, pitted and diced
 3 ounces pared potato, cut into 1/2-inch dice
 Dash cinnamon
 Dash cumin
 Chicken12 Ounce, poached

Directions

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except chicken.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until potato is tender.
Add chicken and heat.
Divide evenly.
