Chicken And Plum Brown Rice Pilaf Recipe

| 8 canned plums, with 1/2 cup juice, no sugar added, pitted and diced | ||
| 3 ounces pared potato, cut into 1/2-inch dice | ||
| Dash cinnamon | ||
| Dash cumin | ||
| Chicken | 12 Ounce, poached | |
Directions
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except chicken.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until potato is tender.
Add chicken and heat.
Divide evenly.
