Ingredients

 4 to 5 cups chopped, cooked chicken
 Condensed cream of mushroom soup1 Can (10oz), undiluted
 Cream of chicken soup1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dairy sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Buttermilk1 Cup (16 tbs) (For crust:)
 Cornmeal1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (For crust:)
 Milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (For crust:)
 1 jar (6 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
 Peas1 Can (10oz), drained (For crust:)
 Lemon juice1/2 Teaspoon (For crust:)
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon (For crust:)
 1 egg, slightly beaten
 Cheddar Cheese2 Cup (16 tbs), grated (For crust:)
 Salt To Taste, seasoned
 Pepper To Taste, seasoned

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, mushroom soup, chicken soup, milk, sour cream, mushrooms, peas, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and seasoned pepper.
Pour into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish (or a 3-quart casserole dish).
For crust:
In another mixing bowl, combine baking mix, corn-meal, milk, egg and cheese; mix well.
Using a spoon, drop dough onto chicken mixture in mounds.
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
The crust should be light to medium brown.
