Chicken Pate Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons consomme | ||
| Blanched almonds | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Powdered ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup cooked chicken, cut in pieces | ||
Directions
Place consomme and almonds in container of a blender.
Cover and turn on blender until contents are smoothly blended.
Add ginger, mayonnaise and chicken.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Place in a covered container and chill until ready to serve.
