Ingredients

 Cooked chicken3 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Macaroni package1 , cooked, drained
 1 medium red pepper, cut in 1 1/2 X 1/4-inch strips
 Frozen peas package1 , drained
 Green onions1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 3/4 cup bottled, reduced-calorie oil and vinegar dressing
 Cherry tomatoes1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
 Lettuce leaves

Directions

MAKING
1. In large bowl, toss chicken, macaroni, red pepper, snow peas and green onions such that they mix well.
2. Toss again after pouring the dressing over chicken mixture.
3. Let it chill with cover till they are served.

SERVING
4. Serve after tossing tomatoes gently on lettuce-lined plates.
