Ingredients

 Few drops chilli sauce
 2 teaspoons medium dry sherry
 Caster sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 1 teaspoon soya sauce
 Sesame seeds1/2 Teaspoon
 200 g / 8 oz. chicken meat, cut into 2.5 cm / 1 in. pieces
 Frying Oil2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying)

Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a mixing bowl, add chilli sauce, sherry, sugar, pepper, salt, soya sauce and sesame seeds.
2) Mix well and add the chicken to the marinade. Keep aside for 30 minutes.

MAKING
3) Take six 15 cm (6 in.) squares of aluminium foil and lightly grease with oil.
4) Put required quantity of chicken in each foil and wrap as parcels.

FINALIZING
5) Before serving fry in hot oil for 5 minutes.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.

TIPS
You can store the content in a freezer. Fry in hot oil and serve.
