Ingredients

| Onion | 1/2 | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Tomato puree | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bacon | 4 Ounce, smoked | |
| Paprika pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Pint | |
| Salt | 1 To taste |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Cut the whole chicken into pieces.
2. Rub chicken pieces with salt and roll over paprika pepper.
3. In a frying pan, fry bacon slice until they are crisp.
4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
MAKING
5. In a soaked Romertopf, line bottom with fried bacon slices.
6. Add chicken, then chopped onion and pour in the stock.
7. Place the dish in oven and cook for 1 ½ hours.
8. Stir in cream and add a little flour to thicken gravy.
9. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley.
SERVING
10. Serve Chicken Paprika over a bed of hot rice.
