Chicken Paprika Recipe

Ingredients
1 small onion, chopped
6 T butter
1 c wholewheat flour
2 t sea salt
6 t paprika
2-3 lb frying chicken, cut up
1-1/2 c plus 2 t bouillon
1/3 c cream
1/3 c Yano, brewed
1-1/2 c yogurt
Directions
Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter until soft but not brown.
Remove.
Combine the flour (reserving 2 tablespoons for later use), salt, and paprika in a paper bag, add chicken pieces and shake gently.
Brown poultry in 2 tablespoons butter, then add 2 tablespoons bouillon and cook covered over low heat until chicken is tender or about 40 minutes.In a saucepan heat 2 tablespoons butter and blend in reserved flour.
Add 1-1/2 cups bouillon, cream, and Yano, stirring over low heat until smooth and thickened.
Remove from heat and gradually stir in yogurt.
Pour sauce over chicken.
