Chicken Oriental Recipe
Ingredients
| Fryer chicken | 1 | |
| Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple chunks | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sauteed |
Directions
Brown chicken and cook in margarine for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, make sauce: combine juice, sugar, salt, cornstarch, vinegar and soy sauce.
Add to chicken; then add pineapple, sesame seeds, mushrooms, green pepper and onion that have been lightly sauteed.
Cook only 5 minutes.
