Chicken On The Wing Recipe
|Chicken wings||2 Pound|
|Paprika/Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chicken bouillon||1 Cup (16 tbs), dissolve in hot water|

Put wings in casserole or baking dish; dot with butter; season with salt and paprika and pour in bouillon.
Bake, covered, in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) until tender, about 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare batter.
Beat egg; pour drippings from chicken into measuring cup and add milk to make 2/3 cup.
Add to egg.
Sift flour, salt, and baking powder into egg and milk and beat until smooth.
Heat deep fat to 365°F.
On a frying thermometer, or until a 1-inch bread cube browns in 1 minute.
Dip chicken into batter with tongs; fry 3 or 4 pieces at a time in hot fat for 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper and keep hot in warm oven until all pieces are fried.
Blend ketchup and mustard; serve with chicken.
