Ingredients

 Onion3 Tablespoon, chopped
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Cream1 Can (10oz)
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooked chicken2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Egg1 , beaten
 Sherry2 Tablespoon
 Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Cook onion in butter until tender but not browned.
Mix with soup, milk, chicken, egg and sherry.
Spoon into 2 buttered individual casseroles or a 1-quart casserole and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake in a 400° F.oven 20 minutes for individuals, 30 minutes for large dish, or until mixture is bubbly and cheese melted.
