 1 whole chicken breast (about 1 pound or 454 g) cooked, boned, and cut in 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes
 Walnuts1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Light cream2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Assemble Food Grinder with Coarse Disc.
Grind chicken (about 2 cups or 500 ml) and walnuts into small mixer bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well with spoon.
Chill thoroughly before filling puffs.
