Chicken 'N Bacon Bits Recipe
Ingredients
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 can (5 ounces) boned chicken, or 1 cup finely chopped leftover chicken
1 tablespoon finely chopped pimiento
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Crisp crackers or Melba toast
Directions
In a 1 quart bowl, combine crumbled bacon, chicken, pimiento, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Spread on crackers or Melba toast.
Place 10 at a time on a paper towel-lined plate.
MICROWAVE 1 MINUTE on HIGH, or until hot.
