Chicken Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 c. chicken stock or bouillon | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten | ||
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Cooked chicken | 3 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Horseradish | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Whipped cream | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a pan, heat hicken stock, salt and egg yolks together
2. In a bowl, mix the unlfavoured gelatin with two tablespoons of water and add it to the hot both and egg mixture till it dissolves ; cool it
3. Add chicken, horseradish and whipped cream, add it to a mould and chill till set
SERVING
4. Serve as per your tastes
