1/4 cup light cream
 
1 cup soft bread crumbs
 
1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
 
1 can (5 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and minced
 
2 tablespoons butter
 
1/4 pound ground veal
 
1/2 pound ground pork
 
1 egg
 
1 tablespoon soy sauce
 
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
 
1/8 teaspoon MSG
 
1/8 teaspoon cayenne

Directions

Pour cream over bread crumbs.
Saute onion and chestnuts in butter.
Mix onion mixture with softened bread, veal, pork and seasonings.
