 Light cream1/4 Cup(16 tbs)
 Soft bread crumbs1 Cup(16 tbs)
 Onion1/3 Cup(16 tbs), finely chopped
 1 can (5 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and minced
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Ground veal1/4 pound
 Ground pork1/2 pound
 Egg1
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Fresh ginger1 Teaspoon, grated
 1/8 Teaspoon
 Cayenne1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

Pour cream over bread crumbs.
Saute onion and chestnuts in butter.
Mix onion mixture with softened bread, veal, pork and seasonings.
