Chicken Mughlai Recipe
Ingredients
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. cumin, ground
1/4 tsp. ginger, ground
1/4 tsp. turmeric, ground
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
Stir in 1 (16 ounce) can whole, undrained tomatoes and 1/2 cup chicken stock.
Add 4 skinned chicken breasts and bring to boil.
Then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
