Chicken Manicotti aka Clinton's Reason for High Blood Pressure Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken breast boneless skinless | 2 Pound | |
| 1 box of manicotti shells | ||
| 2 8oz. cans of cream of chicken | ||
| Package cream cheese | 116 Ounce | |
| Lots of shredded cheese, I use an absurd amount, IÂ’m sure a regular pack of shredded cheese would suffice | ||
Directions
Take the chicken breast strips and stuff them into the manicotti shells. Heat the cream cheese in the microwave until it softens up, I like to leave it out over night so that I can skip this step when I have time. Mix the cream of chicken with the cream cheese so that it's almost a soup. Place the stuffed manicotti shells in an oven safe 13 X 9 pan, I use glass, then pour the cream cheese and cream of chicken over it, put it in the oven for about an hour. Once thats done, take the shredded cheese and cover it, place back in the oven for additional 5 - 10 minutes until the cheese is melted, and go crazy.

Maybe I can cook for you guys sometime after all! Everything I cook has crazy amounts of cream, sour cream, cream cheese, and/or cheese...
I'm pretty sure an average serving of anything I cook has about 9,000 calories!
