Ingredients

 Shredded chicken1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cabbage2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Spring onions : 6 finely chopped
 Tomato puree1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomato chilli sauce : 1 tbsp
 Soya sauce : 2 tbsp
 Garlic paste1 Tablespoon
 Egg1
 Aji-no-moto : 1/2 tsp
 Corn flour10 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Frying Oil2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying)

Directions

Chicken Balls :
1. Mix shredded chicken, chopped vegetables, corn flour 4 tsp, salt 1/2 tsp, soya sauce and egg.
2. Make balls, half fry.
3. Remove from oil and deep fry to a golden brown.
Gravy :
1. Heat oil, fry chopped spring onions, remove and keep aside.
2. Make batter with the rest of the cornflour, the sauce, garlic paste, aji-no-moto, salt and chicken stock.
3. Pour into the heated oil. Stirring vigorously, so that lumps do not form.
4. When the sauce thickens, add the balls and bring to boil.
