Chicken Manchurian In Hot Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded chicken | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cabbage | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Spring onions : 6 finely chopped | ||
| Tomato puree | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato chilli sauce : 1 tbsp | ||
| Soya sauce : 2 tbsp | ||
| Garlic paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Aji-no-moto : 1/2 tsp | ||
| Corn flour | 10 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Frying Oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying) | |
Directions
Chicken Balls :
1. Mix shredded chicken, chopped vegetables, corn flour 4 tsp, salt 1/2 tsp, soya sauce and egg.
2. Make balls, half fry.
3. Remove from oil and deep fry to a golden brown.
Gravy :
1. Heat oil, fry chopped spring onions, remove and keep aside.
2. Make batter with the rest of the cornflour, the sauce, garlic paste, aji-no-moto, salt and chicken stock.
3. Pour into the heated oil. Stirring vigorously, so that lumps do not form.
4. When the sauce thickens, add the balls and bring to boil.
