Ingredients

 
Cooked chicken or cooked turkey - 1 1/2 cups, chopped
 
Sharp cheddar cheese - 4 ounces, shredded
 
Milk - 1 cup
 
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
 
Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
 
Cream of chicken soup - 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can, condensed
 
Elbow macaroni - 7 ounces, uncooked
 
Mushroom pieces - 1 (4 ounce) can, undrained
 
Diced pimentos - 1 (2 ounce) jar, undrained

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In an ungreased 11"x7" or 2 quart casserole dish, put together all ingredients and mix well.
3. Cover and bake for about 55 minutes, until macaroni is tender.
