Chicken Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken - 1 (4 to 5 lb), cut up | ||
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Rosemary | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pinch of marjoram | ||
| Nutmeg - few grains | ||
| Celery - 2 stalks, diced | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chicken broth | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350°
MAKING
2. Cook the chicken in hot salted water till tender. If you have a pressure cooker, pressure cook the chicken till done.
3. Remove the chicken from the water and shred the meat from the bones.
4. Combine the chicken with the rest of the ingredients and toss lightly
5. Tip this mixture into a prepared 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 X2 1/2" pan and bake for 50 minutes till done.
SERVING
6. Unmold and serve sliced
