6 slices bread, torn in quarters
 
1 1/2 cups chicken or turkey pieces (1-inch or 2.5 cm)
 
1 large onion, quartered
 
1 cup (250 ml) quick-cooking rice, uncooked
 
1 can (13 3/4 ounces or 390 g) chicken broth
 
1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
 
1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground thyme
 
4 eggs

Directions

Assemble Food Grinder with Coarse Disc.
Grind bread, chicken, and onion into large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Turn into a greased 9 1/4x5 1/4 x 2 3/4-inch (23 x 13 x 8 cm) loaf pan.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes.
