Directions
GETTING READY
1 Wash the chicken livers.
2 Dry well and cut them into half.
MAKING
3 In a pan, heat the butter.
4 Add in chopped onion and sauté lightly.
5 Add in the chicken livers.
6 Cook on high heat for about 8 minutes.
7 Add in paprika and mix well.
8 Stir in the flour.
9 Add in the beef broth, cream, and Madeira, mix well.
10 Season with salt and pepper.
SERVING
11 Excellent served on toast or with rice.
12 Can also be used as an omelet or crepe filling.
