Chicken Livers Supreme Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 1/2 pound, sliced | |
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chicken livers | 1 pound, halved | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
In 2 1/2-quart casserole dish, combine mushrooms, onion and butter.
Heat, covered with glass lid, at high3 to 4 minutes, or until onion and mushrooms are tender, stir once.
Stir in livers tossed with flour, salt, pepper and thyme.
Heat, covered, at high2 minutes and at medium 5 to 6 minutes, or until livers are tender, stir twice.
