Chicken Livers in Patty Shells Recipe
Ingredients

| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup - 1 can {10 1/2 ounces) | ||
| Milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Patty shells - 4 | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a covered skillet, saute the chicken livers in butter or margarine over a low heat, until thawed and browned; stirring occasionally.
2) Stir in the celery and onion, saute until tender.
3) Gradually stir in the soup, milk and paprika; cook until thoroughly heated; stirring occasionally.
SERVING
4) Spoon the Chicken Livers in patty shells and serve immediately.
