 Butter4 Tablespoon
 Onions3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm)
 Dried Ground Chili Peppers- 1/2 teaspoon
 Chicken livers1 1/2 Pound, diced
 Peanuts1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Sugar2 Teaspoon
 Orange juice3 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Grated Lemon Rind- 1 tablespoon
 Coconut milk1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine peanuts, salt, sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, lemon rind and coconut milk.
2) In a skillet melt the butter, sauté onions, garlic and chilli peppers for 5 minutes.
3) Add in the livers and sauté until no pink remains.

FINALIZING
4) Mix in the peanut mixture.
5) Simmer for 10 minutes stirring frequently.

SERVING
6) Serve hot on the bed of steamed rice.
