Chicken Livers Baked In Spicy Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain yoghurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Softened butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken livers | 1 pound |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients except the chicken livers in a small ovenproof dish.
Add the chicken livers and marinate them for 15 minutes.
Heat the oven to 325°F.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, until the livers are done, basting frequently with the yoghurt sauce.
Serve with Raw Spinach Salad and Yellow Turmeric Rice.
