Ingredients

 
2 tablespoons butter
 
1/2 pound chicken livers
 
2 tablespoons snipped chives
 
6 eggs
 
1/4 cup light cream
 
Salt and fresh pepper to taste

Directions

Melt butter in large skillet.
Add livers.
Saute until livers are lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle chives over liver.
Beat eggs with cream, salt, and pepper.
Stir into skillet.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until eggs are softly Set.
