Chicken Livers Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken livers | 3 Ounce | |
| Skim milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Margarine | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Soak chicken livers in skim milk overnight.
Drain.
Combine flour, salt, and pepper in shaker bag.
Add livers, one at a time; shake to coat.
Remove livers from bag and shake off excess flour.
Melt margarine in small skillet; add livers.
Cook until lightly browned and tender.
