Chicken Liver Hot Pot Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 slices side bacon, diced | ||
| Chicken livers | 1 Pound, halved | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| 1/a tsp thyme | ||
| Potato package | 1 | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
Saute bacon until clear.
Add chicken livers, onion and thyme.
Stir-fry until onion turns golden.
Pour half the dried potato slices into a 1-quart bake dish.
Cover with the chicken-liver mixture.
Sprinkle with pepper, remaining potato slices and pouch of dry seasoning.
Add water and follow baking directions
