 Onion1 , chopped
 Butter60 Gram
 Chicken livers750 Gram, chopped
 Marjoram1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Parsley2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Red wine3 Tablespoon
 Sour cream250 Milliliter
 Boiled rice for serving
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Saute onion in butter.
Add chicken livers and cook for 5 minutes.
Add marjoram, parsley, wine, sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for 5 minutes and serve over hot boiled rice.
