Ingredients

 Chicken 1 (about 2 kg.)
 Coconut1 (For 6 to 8)
 Poppy seeds100 Gram (For 6 to 8)
 Cashewnuts100 Gram (For 6 to 8)
 Red chilli2 (For 6 to 8)
 Green chilli1 (For 6 to 8)
 Coriander10 Gram (For 6 to 8)
 Onions750 Gram (For 6 to 8)
 Salt To Taste (For 6 to 8)
 Curds500 Gram (For 6 to 8)
 Fat50 Gram (For 6 to 8)

Directions

1. Clean and joint chicken. Grind together coconut, poppy seeds, cashewnuts, red chilli, green chilli, coriander and half the onions.
2. Heat fat and lightly saute remaining onions (sliced).
3. Add ground ingredients and fry for a few minutes.
4. Add jointed chicken. Fry for further 5 minutes. Add salt to taste and beaten curds.
5. Cook over low fire till done.
