 Boneless chicken1/2 Kilogram
 Â• Onion 1 large,blended
 Garlic – ginger paste1 Tablespoon
 Â• Coconut milk powder 3 tbsp
 Coriander powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Turmeric powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Red chilli powder3 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Â• Spaghetti 1/2 packet,boiled
 Â• Brown onion as required
 Â• Coriander leaves as reruired
 Â• Garlic 2 tbsp , fried
 Â• Green chilli chopped as required
 Lemon Slices2 (• To serve with/garnishing ingridients :)
 Â• Spaghetti fried as required
 Â• Crushed red pepper as required
 Â• Boiled eggs 2 chopped
 Â• onion 2tbs chopped
 Â• Ginger,garlic paste 1 tsp
 Turmeric1/2 Teaspoon (• For curry:)
 Â• Roasted gram flour 6 tbsp mixed with 1cup of water
 Red chilli powder1/2 Teaspoon (• For curry:)
 Salt1 To taste (• For curry:)
 Â• Coconut milk powder 1/2 cup mixed with 1 cup of water

Directions

2 COOKING DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oil, stir-fry onion for 5 minutes.
2. Then add ginger,garlic paste and all spices fry little more.
3. Now add chicken and cook covered for 10 minutes.
4. Then add coconut milk.
5. cooked the chicken till tenderais and the gravy.
6. For servings take a bowl put in boiled spaghetti.
7. Then add chicken curry on boiled spaghetti and sprinkle all garnishing ingridients one by one.
8. Serve with hot and crispy french fries.
9. Method for curry:
10. Heat oil and fry onion till golden brown.
11. Then add ginger,garlic paste and all ingridients stir fry well.
12. Now add coconut milk powder and 1 cup water cooked well.
13. In last add paste of roasted gram and cooked till curry in thick form.
