chicken khaosay Recipe
Ingredients

| Boneless chicken | 1/2 Kilogram | |
| • Onion 1 large,blended | ||
| Garlic – ginger paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
| • Coconut milk powder 3 tbsp | ||
| Coriander powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Red chilli powder | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| • Spaghetti 1/2 packet,boiled | ||
| • Brown onion as required | ||
| • Coriander leaves as reruired | ||
| • Garlic 2 tbsp , fried | ||
| • Green chilli chopped as required | ||
| Lemon Slices | 2 (• To serve with/garnishing ingridients :) | |
| • Spaghetti fried as required | ||
| • Crushed red pepper as required | ||
| • Boiled eggs 2 chopped | ||
| • onion 2tbs chopped | ||
| • Ginger,garlic paste 1 tsp | ||
| Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon (• For curry:) | |
| • Roasted gram flour 6 tbsp mixed with 1cup of water | ||
| Red chilli powder | 1/2 Teaspoon (• For curry:) | |
| Salt | 1 To taste (• For curry:) | |
| • Coconut milk powder 1/2 cup mixed with 1 cup of water | ||
Directions
2 COOKING DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oil, stir-fry onion for 5 minutes.
2. Then add ginger,garlic paste and all spices fry little more.
3. Now add chicken and cook covered for 10 minutes.
4. Then add coconut milk.
5. cooked the chicken till tenderais and the gravy.
6. For servings take a bowl put in boiled spaghetti.
7. Then add chicken curry on boiled spaghetti and sprinkle all garnishing ingridients one by one.
8. Serve with hot and crispy french fries.
