Chicken Kabobs With Soy Sauce Recipe

Directions
Mix chicken pieces, soy sauce, sugar, salt, garlic powder, ginger and pepper.
Let stand 10 to 20 minutes.
Drain, reserving soy sauce mixture.
Alternate 1 green pepper cube, 1 chicken cube and 1 mushroom half on round wooden toothpicks.
Place kabobs on single layer of paper towels around outer edge of turntable or on roasting rack.
Stir honey into reserved soy sauce mixture; brush each kabob generously.
Microwave, uncovered, at HIGH (100%) until chicken is tender and green peppers are tender-crisp, 7 1/2 to 10 minutes, brushing each kabob with soy sauce mixture after half the cooking time.
