Chicken Kebab Recipe
Ingredients
| 5fl. oz.natural (unfavored) yogurt | ||
| 1 clove garlic, crushed with a little | ||
| Salt | To Taste (3 lb. chicken Marinade:) | |
| 1 inch piece of fresh root ginger, very finely chopped | ||
| Ground coriander | 1 Teaspoon (3 lb. chicken Marinade:) | |
| Garam masala | 1 Teaspoon (3 lb. chicken Marinade:) | |
| Paprika | 2 Teaspoon (3 lb. chicken Marinade:) | |
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon (3 lb. chicken Marinade:) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 (3 lb. chicken Marinade:) | |
| Lemon wedges onion rings tomato slices | ||
Directions
Wash and skin the chicken and dry it thoroughly.
Remove the meat from the bones and cut it into 2 inch cubes.
Beat the yogurt and mix it with the other marinade ingredients to form a smooth paste.
Thoroughly coat the chicken pieces with the mixture and leave to marinate in a cool place overnight.
Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers and grill (broil) for about 10 minutes, until the chicken is tender.
Garnish with lemon wedges,
