 5fl. oz.natural (unfavored) yogurt
 1 clove garlic, crushed with a little
 Salt To Taste (3 lb. chicken Marinade:)
 1 inch piece of fresh root ginger, very finely chopped
 Ground coriander1 Teaspoon (3 lb. chicken Marinade:)
 Garam masala1 Teaspoon (3 lb. chicken Marinade:)
 Paprika2 Teaspoon (3 lb. chicken Marinade:)
 Chilli powder1 Teaspoon (3 lb. chicken Marinade:)
 Lemon juice1 (3 lb. chicken Marinade:)
 Lemon wedges onion rings tomato slices

Directions

Wash and skin the chicken and dry it thoroughly.
Remove the meat from the bones and cut it into 2 inch cubes.
Beat the yogurt and mix it with the other marinade ingredients to form a smooth paste.
Thoroughly coat the chicken pieces with the mixture and leave to marinate in a cool place overnight.
Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers and grill (broil) for about 10 minutes, until the chicken is tender.
