Chicken Italiano Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Softened butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Italian salad dressing envelope | 1/2 | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Fryer chicken | 3 pound |
Directions
In a small bowl thoroughly combine flour, softened butter, salad dressing mix, and paprika.
Blend in water.
Spread butter mixture over chicken pieces.
Place chicken, skin side up, in ungreased, large shallow baking pan.
Bake at 375° till chicken is tender, 50 to 60 minutes.
Do not turn.
