Chicken Italian Style Recipe
|Chicken breasts||2 , halved, boned, and skinned|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, sliced|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Sweet red peppers||2 , chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Tomatoes||5 , seeded and chopped|
|Packed parsley sprigs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|

Remove from the pan and set aside.
Place the mushrooms, onions, and peppers in the skillet and cook over low to medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the garlic by pushing it through a garlic press into the skillet and stir.
Add the tomatoes, parsley, marjoram, thyme, and oregano.
Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the vegetables over the chicken as much as possible.
Cover and simmer until the chicken is tender, about 25 minutes.
