 Enriched flour1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Shortening1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup shredded sharp process
 American cheese
 Cold water 5 Tablespoon
 Cooked chicken1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Pineapple tidbits1 9 Ounce, drained
 California walnuts1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Dairy sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salad dressing2/3 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Make a cheese pastry shell of first five ingredients, adding 1/3 CUP °f cheese with the shortening (save remaining cheese for topping).
Bake in 8-inch piepan.
Cool.
Combine chicken, pineapple, nuts, and celery.
Blend sour cream and mayonnaise and add 2/3 cup to chicken mixture; mix well.
Spoon into pastry shell.
Top with remaining sour-cream mixture.
Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
Chill.
Trim with ripe-olive slices.
