| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |

Directions
In a skillet, melt butter.
Over moderate heat, saute chicken breasts 8-10 minutes.
Add beer, chicken broth and seasonings, mixing well.
Cover.
Over low heat, cook 45-50 minutes.
Blend butter and flour.
Set aside.
Remove chicken from skillet.
Add kneaded butter to cooking juices.
While stirring, cook until sauce thickens.
Pour over chicken.
