 1.5kg chicken t highs
 Plain flour1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Bacon rashers2 , finely chopped
 1 green capsicum, diced
 Onion1 , finely chopped
 Tomatoes425 Gram, peeled
 Tomato Paste2 Tablespoon
 2 chicken stock cubes
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Mushrooms200 Gram, sliced
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

1 .Toss chicken t highs in flour.
2. Combine all ingredients, except mushrooms, in a 3-litre casserole dish.
3. Cover and cook for 25-28 minutes on medium high. Stir 2-3 times during cooking.
4. Add mushrooms. Cook, uncovered, a further 5-6 minutes on medium high.
