Chicken In A Pot With Bacon Recipe

| 1.5kg chicken t highs | ||
| Plain flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bacon rashers | 2 , finely chopped | |
| 1 green capsicum, diced | ||
| Onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Tomatoes | 425 Gram, peeled | |
| Tomato Paste | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 chicken stock cubes | ||
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 200 Gram, sliced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1 .Toss chicken t highs in flour.
2. Combine all ingredients, except mushrooms, in a 3-litre casserole dish.
3. Cover and cook for 25-28 minutes on medium high. Stir 2-3 times during cooking.
4. Add mushrooms. Cook, uncovered, a further 5-6 minutes on medium high.
