Chicken Hawaiian Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 broiler-fryers, split (about 1-1/2 lbs. each) | ||
| Onion | 1 Small | |
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple slice | 6 | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Arrange split chickens, skin side down, in a large shallow baking pan.
Mix onion, soy sauce, and water in a small bowl; pour over chicken.
Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 45 minutes; turn chicken; bake, basting several times with soy mixture in pan, 45 minutes longer or until richly browned and tender.
Drain pineapple slices well on paper toweling; roll edge of each in chopped parsley.
Serve with chicken.
