Ingredients

 Ham slice8 , boiled
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 All purpose flour2 Tablespoon
 Milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooked chicken1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Mushrooms1 2 Ounce, chopped
 Snipped parsley2 Tablespoon
 Dry sherry2 Tablespoon
 4 English muffins, split and toasted

Directions

Place ham in a skillet; add 2 tablespoons water.
Simmer, covered, till ham is heated through, 3 to 5 minutes.
In saucepan melt butter; blend in flour.
Add milk; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in chicken, mushrooms, parsley, and sherry.
Cook and stir till heated through.
On each plate place 2 muffin halves.
Arrange 2 rolled ham slices atop.
Spoon chicken mixture over all.
