Chicken Ham Salad Meal Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup cooked chicken cut in small dice | ||
| Cooked ham | 1 Cup (16 tbs), julienned | |
| 8 anchovy fillets chopped | ||
| 1/4 pound medium cooked hot | ||
| Spanish or Italian sausage sliced thin | ||
| Boiled potatoes | 3 | |
| 1 green pepper sliced thin | ||
| 2 heads Belgian endive sliced thin | ||
| Chopped scallions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Stuffed olives | 6 , sliced | |
| Ripe olives | 6 , chopped | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| French dressing flavored with garlic | ||
| 3 hard-cooked eggs shelled and chil | ||
Directions
1.
Gently mix, in a large bowl, all of the ingredients except the eggs.

Remove the yolks from the eggs and chop the whites coarsely to add to the salad.
Mound the salad on a serving platter lined with crisp lettuce.

Sieve the egg yolks over the ready-to-serve salad.
Garnish with little cherry tomatoes and radish roses.
