Chicken Glaze Recipe
Ingredients
4 T. butter
4 T. flour
3 c. chicken stock
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
Directions
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan.
Add flour and stir into paste.
Add chicken stock and seasonings and cook until thickened.
