Chicken Fricassee With Parsley Dumplings Recipe

Directions
1. Cut each chicken breast half into halves. Arrange pieces, skin sides up, with meatiest parts to outside edge in baking dish, 12x7 1/2X2 inches. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) 10 minutes. Skim off fat if necessary.
2. Mix soup and milk; spoon over chicken pieces. Rotate baking dish 1/2 turn. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) until thickest parts of chicken are done, 8 to 12 minutes longer.
3. Prepare Parsley Dumplings. Drop by spoonfuls around edge of dish. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) 3 minutes; rotate baking dish 1/2 turn. Microwave until dumplings are no longer doughy, 3 to 4 minutes longer.
