Chicken Fillets In Ginger Lime Sauce Recipe

| Brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lime juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rum | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 3 teaspoons grated green ginger | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Dash tabasco sauce | ||
Directions
Pound chicken lightly with mallet, season both sides with pepper.
Barbecue until tender, basting frequently with Ginger Lime Sauce.
Serve remaining Sauce separately.
