| Celery - 2 stalks | ||
| Chicken bouillon cubes | 2 | |
| Chicken stock | 1 Can (10oz) (Soup noodles - 1/2 lb.) | |
| Water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) (Soup noodles - 1/2 lb.) | |
| Parsnip | 1 (Soup noodles - 1/2 lb.) | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste (Soup noodles - 1/2 lb.) | |
| Parsley - as required, chopped | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste (Soup noodles - 1/2 lb.) | |
| Pepper | To Taste (Soup noodles - 1/2 lb.) | |
| Paprika - to taste | ||
| Onion | 1 (Soup noodles - 1/2 lb.) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Remove nails from chicken feet.
2) In boiling water, dip feet for about 1/2 a minute and then skin.
MAKING
3) Mix together all ingredients together except noodles and cook well.
4) Strain the liquid from vegetables and stir in noodles.
SERVING
5) Serve at once.
