Chicken Enchilada Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

 
4 boneless chicken breasts, boiled
 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
 
1 small onion, chopped very fine
 
1 pt. sour cream
 
4 oz. can chopped chili peppers
 
6 to 8 flour tortillas
 
1 1/2 to 2 cup grated cheese (combination of Cheddar and Jack)

Directions

Boil and chop chicken.
Mix soup, onion, sour cream and pepper.
Heat together until well mixed (don't add water to soup).
Grease a large casserole dish and line with tortillas.
Layer in dish: chicken, cheese and soup.
Repeat.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, covered.
