Chicken Dinner Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 1/2 pound | |
| Butter or peanut oil | ||
| 1 cup frozen green beans, defrosted | ||
| Green pepper | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Tomato | 1/4 , chopped | |
| Cooked chicken | 2 Cup (16 tbs), deboned | |
| 1 cup Bechamel Sauce | ||
| 8 Basic Crepes | ||
| Fresh-grated Swiss cheese | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Saute the mushrooms in a bit of butter or oil, and set aside.
Saute the green beans just until hot.
Add the green pepper and tomato, and saute until all is tender.
Add the chicken and the mushrooms, and blend in the bechamel sauce.
Add salt and pepper.
Fill the crepes with this mixture, and roll up.
Place on a greased baking sheet, and top with grated Swiss cheese.
Bake at 375° until cheese is melted and filling is hot.
