Butter Chicken Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Apples | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Curry powder | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 or more cups cooked chicken, cubed | ||
Directions
Scmte apples, celery, onions, green pepper and garlic in butter for 5 minutes.
Stir in flour, curry powder and salt.
Slowly blend in milk.
Cook and stir until thick.
Add chicken and heat thoroughly.
