Chicken Curry With Canned Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onions | 2 , minced | |
| 1 fryer, disjointed | ||
| Canned tomatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Curry powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Light cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hot cooked rice | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan melt butter.
2) Add onion and cook on low heat.
3) Mix chicken, tomatoes and seasonings and cover the lid tightly.
4) Cook on simmering heat for 1 hour stirring in between.
5) Add cream and bring to boiling point.
SERVING
6) On a serving platter place rice ring and put chicken at the center.
