Chicken & Cucumber soup Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 cans condensed chicken broth
 
2 soup cans of water
 
1 large cucumber, pared and shredded
 
1/3 cup dairy sour cream
 
Dillweed

Directions

1. Combine chicken broth and water in a medium-size saucepan; heat to boiling. Stir in cucumber and salt to taste, if needed. Heat again until bubbly.
2. Ladle into soup cups or small bowls. Float a spoonful of sour cream on each; sprinkle dillweed over cream.
